We offer a wide range of payment options to meet our client's needs and ensure we can provide the best service possible. We accept the following payment methods:
Insurance Plans
We participate with Aetna, Health First Classic Plan, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, UHC, VSP, Eyemed, VCP and others. If you do not see your insurance company listed, please call your insurance as we may be providers. Check with our staff if you have other types of coverage. Since insurance plans have special exclusions, please call your insurance company to ensure we are providers with your specific plan if you would like us to bill your insurance.
